Admissions Policy
Aark International School, Vadodara is a co-educational school, affiliated to the Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi). Admission is granted on the basis of the school’s admission
policy.
Admission Criteria

Availability of seats- Admissions are open for Nursery to Grade-12. (2026-27)

Age of the student
Age of the student- Age Criterion: In the year admission is required, the child’s age should be:
| Nursery | 3+ as on 31st May 2026 |
| Prep Junior | 4+ as on 31st May 2026 |
| Prep Senior | 5+ as on 31st May 2026 |
| Grade 1 | 6+ as on 31st May 2026 |

Admissions process Completion:
| Step 1 : Fill the Admission Form – online |
| Step 2 : Submit all the required documents |
| Step 3 Payment of Application Processing Fees Rs. 1,000 (Non-refundable) |
| Step 4 : Review of application form for the interaction to be scheduled |
| Step 5 Interaction schedule emailed to parents |
| Step 6 Final Admission Result will be emailed to parents |
Note:
- Online admission facilities are available for Nursery to Grade 8.
- Students seeking admission to Grades 9 to 12 must complete the online procedure at the
school. - When attending the interaction session, parents must submit attested Xerox copies of all
documents listed in the document list along with the admission form. - Any ECS bounce charges are to be borne solely by the parent.
