List of Documents for Admission Process

  • The application form duly filled in
  • Bonafide Certificate from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Original Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Immunization details
  • Photocopy of the birth certificate
  • Photocopy of Aadhar card (Compulsory for all)
  • Photocopy of OCI (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Mother and Father’s Aadhar Card (Compulsory for Nursery to Grade 12)
  • Residential Proof
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Letter of Reference/Recommendation from the previous school (for Grades 10-12 only)
  • Two attested copies of
      1. a) Transfer Certificate equipped with UID No
      2. b) Report Card
      3. c) Board Registration Number (for Grades 10-12, with school stamp and Principal’s signature) (LOC)
  • In case of job transfer – Transfer order/letter of appointment with residence address from the organization (for Grades 10-12 only)
  • Payment Receipt of fees.
